OFFICIAL RULES

CHANCES OF WINNING.

 

1. ELIGIBILITY: Sweet Summer Shows (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of New York State who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Darling Doughnuts and Live Nation ("Sponsors"), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

 

2. SPONSORS: The Promotion is sponsored by Darling Doughnuts and Live Nation located at 441 Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. 

 

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all respects.

 

4. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins on June 24, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. and ends on September 8, 2026 at 11:59pm (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.

 

5. HOW TO ENTER: Limit one (1) entry per person/email address during the Promotion Period. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means will be void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

 

6. PRIZES: Eight (8) Grand Prizes will be awarded. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize(s) is $100. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsors. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsors’ discretion.

 

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about July 1, July 15, July 29, August 12, September 9, 2026 from all eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email or phone on or about three (3) days in advance of the concert date. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within two (2) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where required) within the required time period, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

 

8. RIGHTS GRANTED BY ENTRANT: By entering this content, Entrant understands that Sponsors, their successors, and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Promotion, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsors and their promotional partners from any and all liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize.

 

10. DISPUTES: This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Entrant agrees that any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively before a court located in Saratoga County, New York.

 

11. WINNERS LIST: To obtain a copy of the winner(s) name(s) or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Darling Doughnuts, 441 Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. Requests must be received no later than October 1, 2026.
