EARLY MORNING DOUGHNUT MAKER / FRYER
PART-TIME

We're seeking an early morning baker to make our yeast-risen, made-from-scratch doughnuts fresh, every day. This is a part-time position, approximately 18-20 hours a week. Here's what we are looking for:
 

• Baker, doughnut maker, or culinary student with some kitchen experience. 
• Very early mornings are no problem for you. Like 5 AM early!

• Hours are typically 18-20 a week, 3-4 days a week. Shift is 5 AM - 11 AM typically, weekends required. We are closed Mondays & Tuesdays.

• As our doughnut maker, you'll be responsible for rolling, cutting, proofing, frying doughnuts each morning. Also cleanup and prepping ingredients. Some glazing, too, if you are interested to learn technique.

• Extremely responsible, reliable, and able to work independently, or as a two-baker team, through the quiet hours of the very early morning and busy morning during our open hours.

• Must be able to lift 50-lb bags of flour and sugar, and be able to work standing up for long periods of time.

• ServSafe certification a plus, but not required.

DOUGHNUT DECORATOR & DOUGH MAKER
PART-TIME

We're seeking an experienced baker to decorate our yeast-risen, made-from-scratch doughnuts—also to make dough on Tuesdays. This is a part-time position, approximately 15-18 hours a week. Here's what we are looking for:
 

• Baking and decorating experience required.

• Hours are typically 15-18 a week, 3 days a week, Tuesday late-morning required and at least one weekend early morning. Tuesday shift is approx 11 AM - 3 PM. The other shifts are 6 AM - Noon

• As our decorator, you'll be responsible for glazing doughnuts in the early morning, making glazes, and prepping ingredients. Also some cleanup. On Tuesdays, you'll be making dough and glazes independently.

• Extremely responsible, reliable, and able to work independently and as a team, through the quiet hours of the early morning and busy morning during our open hours.

• Must be able to lift 50-lb bags of flour and sugar, and be able to work standing up for long periods of time.

• ServSafe certification a plus, but not required.
